No bake sugar free fit cheesecake. How to make It?

4-step no bake fit cheesecake. A raspberry cheesecake

No bake cheesecake is sugar free and very easy to make. In 4 steps you will make a delicious and effortless dessert in less than 3 hours. This recipe is a perfect solution when you crave something sweet and you want to eat something healthy. It is also a good solution when you want to have something ready in your fridge for unexpected guests.

This perfect no bake cheesecake is also without eggs. If you don’t want to use gelatin you can replace it for vegan option, a jelly-like substance, agar-agar. It is a seaweed, a red algae.

100 g of lactose free cheese – 115 kcal

100 g of lactose free yogurt – 67 kcal

1 g of sugar free gelatin – 3 kcal

10 g of agar-agar – 3 kcal

1 g of sweetener – 4 kcal

100 g of frozen raspberries – 50 kcal

A perfect no bake cheesecake ingredients

300 g of lactose free cheese

4 teaspoons of favorite sweetener (stevia, erythritol)

1 cup – 150 g of lactose free or favorite plant plain yogurt

5 g of gelatin or agar-agar

1 pack of sugar free jelly

300 g of frozen raspberries

Best no-bake cheesecake recipe. Sugar free dessert in 4 steps

1. Mix cheese, yogurt and sweetener of your choice. Blend all together.

2. In a different bowl make gelatin or agar-agar. Cool it down and mix it with the ingredients from the first step.

3. Put it on the baking dish and make it cool down in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

4. Blend raspberries and make jelly. Mix all together and put it on top of your cheesecake. Leave it in the refrigerator until it will be firm. If you want, you can also make it without jelly. Just put blended raspberries on top of your sugar free cake.

Also, if you want to make your cake more crispy, you can put crushed sugar free crackers mixed with dates below the cheese mix.
