Overnight oats. Easy breakfast option

Overnight oats are perfect and one of the best breakfast options for people who don’t have much time in the morning. Oats are very nourishing for the whole body and will keep you full during your busy morning routine. The best thing is that it takes 2 minutes to make your breakfast to go. The only thing you need to do is to make it the night before. You simply put 1 cup of oats in the container and pour it over a bit with your favorite plant or lactose free milk. Let it soak overnight in the refrigerator and wait for the miracle of best breakfast ever. You can add also chia seeds or other seeds if you like.

The best thing about this overnight meal is that the soaked oats are more digestible and the meal will not feel heavy on your stomach. You can also add whatever you like to it to make yourself happy! The perfect combination is for example peanut butter and strawberries. Add a bit of honey, cinnamon and lactose free natural yogurt. It just tastes so good with these soaked and soft oats. 1 cup of raw oats – 310 kcal

1 cup of natural yogurt – 90 kcal

1 cup of strawberries – 50 kcal

1 cup of raspberries – 65 kcal

1 cup of blueberries – 70 kcal

1 cup of apple chunks – 60 kcal

1 banana – 115 kcal

1 tablespoon of peanut butter – 100 kcal

1 tablespoon of chia seeds – 70 kcal

1 tablespoon of dark chocolate – 55 kcal

1 tablespoon of honey – 65 kcal

1 tablespoon of maple syrup – 55 kcal

1 tablespoon of almond flakes – 40 kcal

1 tablespoon of goji berries – 22 kcal

Overnight oats options

Add yogurt, raspberries, blueberries and favorite seeds.

Add chia seeds, banana & dark chocolate.
