100 kcal snacks. What to eat?

100 kcal seems like not much food. But if you choose wisely, you will be really surprised what you can eat in that amount. The most important thing when you consider eating healthy snacks is to make the best choice for your body. Sure, you can always eat 1 stripe of chocolate which is also 100 calories but it won’t satisfy your hunger for much time like the examples above. But in other way, if you like to munch your favorite pistachios watching TV, be aware that the calories might fly to your mouth then. Make it wise!
